About
I was born in Lake Stevens, Washington, in May 2000, and grew up drawn to storytelling.
In 2020, I wrote and directed my first short film. Since then, I’ve continued building a body of work across film, fiction, and photography, with more than a dozen short films and over two dozen awards and selections.
I’m also the author of three books: The Carpet Bomb Emporium, The First Recorded Instance of Human Suffering, and Compliments To Your Persona.
My work often leans toward the surreal and absurd, but I’m most interested in making off-center stories that still feel personal beneath the surface.
